Ken Hammer Senior High TechnicalSchool (KENHASS) is a fast growing modern brand of Senior High Technical School operating in partnership with other development partners. The school was formally housed in a rented house within the Goaso Community. The school started with 55 students in 2010 for the first year and dropped to 18 students by the end of third year, who sat for the West African Senior School Examination. The school population is almost 1300 students as at the beginning of 2017.
Ken Hammer Senior High School is legally registered and recognized by the Ghana Education Service, Registrar General Department, Ghana Revenue Authority and SSNIT.
Ken Hammer Senior High Technical is legally registered and recognized by West African Examination council to write May/June WASSCE Examinations within the School.
The Growth of the school has been fantastic, from 2010 to 2013 students’ population dropped from 55 to 18 respectively. The dropped in students population within the period was basically because we had not yet been accredited by West African Examination Council to write the final year exams in our School.
With Hard work and team work among the teaching staff in 2013, Ken Hammer Senior High School had officially been accredited to the Status of a May/June WAEC Examination Center. In 2014 academic year, student enrollment increased to 150,with a registered final year students of 94
In 2015 student’s population has increased to 500, with final year students being 306 and presently 2016/2017 academic year the student population stands at 1250 that’s a tremendous increase. Isn’t it? Thank be to God for his wondrous hand work.
